Can i claim the money for my car insurance from limited company if i own the car in my name but i will insure the car as being used for business??

Hi
I think (?) that your question is about the limited company paying for the insurance free of income tax/national insurance. If you own the car and are claiming 45p/25p per mile for business miles travelled then this amount includes all the running costs of the car including insurance. If the company did pay then the amount would be a taxable benefit.0
