Do Boots (in-stores) match their online prices?

  • The are run as two separate business entities. That's what I was told when I emailed them about a product that was £7 more online than instore!

    "We run our website and stores as separate business entities and as such there will be some variances in pricing and promotional offers due to differing trading conditions. Selling products through our website can be cheaper and we try wherever possible to pass those savings on to customers in some form"

    It turned out the price I had queried was an error though.
