Credit score maiden name issues

Hello,
My wife and I are hoping to get a mortgage with Nationwide. I believe that they use Experian and so we checked her file. We discovered that she was recorded as being registered on the electoral roll at our old address, dates:05/2009 to 10/2012 (we moved in April 2012 and are on the electoral roll for our current address). She is also known on Experian by her maiden name.
1.What name will Nationwide search for?
2.Will the fact that she is down as being registered at our old address for the electoral roll be a problem?
Any advice would be much appreciated.
Many thanks,
Rob

05/2009 to 10/2012 means she was registered between May 09 and Oct 12, but no any longer. Your name can only usually be removed from the electoral roll during the annual canvass process which takes please one a year in the autumn, hence the Oct 12 closeure date. As long as the dates roughly coincide with when she lived at the address and, importantly, she is now registered at the new address, you shouldn't have any problems in that respect.

From my experience, her names will soon be linked on the credit files without difficulty- I reverted to my maiden name after my first marriage, then married again and went to a third surname - all three show on my credit files, as different accounts/contracts were taken out in different names.
She'll be asked if she's been known by any other names, as well as any other addresses from the last few years.Mortgage Free thanks to ill-health retirement0
