Christmas Tealight Village Models

Hi folks,
Not sure if you'll be able to help but here goes.
My wife has always loved the German Market (in Edinburgh if that helps) and a few years ago we started a tradition of buying one of the little houses/village shops that you can put a tealight in.
Due to a combination of norovirus and having our first child, shes not been able to come this year so I just popped along to try to keep up the tradition.
Problem is that all the ones left are £50! :O
Does anyone know the proper name for these, so I can search ebay, or even just where to get them for a reasonable price?
Many thanks in advance!

Not much help now really, but they were all dime a dozen in the actual proper German Christmas markets. Maybe next year you could look at a trip over to them (can be done very reasonably with coach trips) to get a few proper versions. Loads of the houses, scenes, "extras" like scenery, all for pretty reasonable prices. Houses around 10-25 Euros. Naturally the upmarket places were charging far more.0
