He either hasn't got a job, or is in one where the low workload and demands, and the lack of management enables him to spend the day trying to wind people up on website forums (civil service ?)No-one would remember the Good Samaritan if he'd only had good intentions. He had money as well.

I'm not sure about when the green shoots will appear. But then unlike many people I did not expect them to do much more than barely show above the soil during the lifetime of this Parliament, given the starting point.
The point is that a thread described as "shock news" referring to a 0.1% correction of the previous quarter's growth figure, has to have come from a wind-up merchant, and not a very good one at that.No-one would remember the Good Samaritan if he'd only had good intentions. He had money as well.
