For anyone who lives in London, if you go to their City branch (the flagship one off Cannon Street), it's amazing, there's 2 swimming pools, 2 steam rooms (1 in the changing rooms), a sauna, huge jacuzzi, female only gym (upstairs) and at least 2 other gyms. It's worth going to this one if you can get to it, because if you go on a weekday especially, just after lunch, you sometimes get the whole spa area to yourself! I've used Nectar points a few times to go there, it's like a free spa day.

I tried to take advantage of this offer two weeks ago but they never contacted me to arrange the free pass. So I just called my local Cannons gym and they said as long as I called them to say I was coming on the day, I could pop along for free any one time. So don't worry about the website, just call your local Cannons and they will sort it.
