Hi, I usually go by the wrapper. It should say the timings on there. But don't worry to much if the time it gives mean it needs taking out in the middle of the night :D (it usually does), just leave yourself a note to take it out before you go to bed.

Any more help, just ask away :)

Just had a quick google and an advert on the TalkTalk website of all places says 32 hours in a cool room. I just leave mine on the kitchen worktop.

Hi again, I think thats to soon. Work out what time you want to cook it on Christmas Eve, then count back 36 hours and see where you are at. You can fine tune the time then if that end up being the middle of the night.

I make it Saturday Night. :)

Hope someone else answers this. I don't mind being responsible for my own dinner, but someone elses...... :D
