Did you just keep refreshing the server error page until it worked?
No, when I got the error I just clicked on the Benefit thing at the top left hand side of the page and it took me back to the main page. I ordered it just a few minutes ago. Don't put the code in until the last page at checkout0 -

            I did the same as sweetme, put the two codes (30% off and free Cha Cha Tint) on the very last page where you put in your card details. Got 30% of non sale items and, oddly, only some sale items (lip plump and lemonaid). I think I got 30% of the original price on lip plump as it was only £2.55! I used a different internet browser as I think the cache on the computer remembered my items and screwed it up. So either use a different internet browser if you have one, or clear your internet history perhaps, that might have been how I got it to work.....0

            Aaaargh! Spent ages last night and then again this morning without success.
Spoke to customer services and apparently they need assistance from their US team to sort out the servers. They'll be up in a couple of hours so they're optimistic servers will be up & running soon after that!0
