Thanks OP! I saw your post as I was running out the door from work. Not much left Christmas stuff at my local but the girl did find me 4 rolls of wrap behind the customer services counter - 3m for 10p each.
She said they have to have everything Christmassy gone by the end of this week. Nothing else was marked as reduced but didn't get anything price checked as I really don't need anything else....Less stuff, more life, love, laughter and cats!
Even if I'm on the shopping threads, it doesn't mean I'm buying! Sometimes it's good to just look and then hit the CLOSE button!0 -
Thanks OP. Went to Castlepoint Bournemouth Homebase this evening. Not much left, except a few half price lights and baubles. Some of the big glass ones were very pretty and reduced to 50p each. Also had a few of the fantastic suction wreath hangers that Lakeland sell, at £1 each. Brilliant things-they keep a wreath stuck fast to a front door in a hurricane!0

Lots of wooden toys in my Homebase.
Ideal stocking fillers/ party favours- skipping ropes, jigsaws, yoyos, animal things that move when you push the bottom (!), clackers all 50p.
These were in baskets on the check out.0 -

Perk of the job I guess. If it were me I would be getting it for my Mum, MIL, Sister etc so not as greedy as it looks.0 -
