defrosting turkey in the fridge

the instructions on the turkey wrapper say defrost in fridge, what should temperature of fridge be for defrosting poultry?

    I don't defrost mine in the fridge. There's not enough room in there for a turkey at Christmas, so I have no idea of temperatures. I keep it in the porch on a tray during the day which is cool and then move it into the garage at night. It normally takes 48 hours for it to completely defrost.

    I leave mine on the kitchen worktop in the turkey tray. Always have done and always will do :D

    To be honest I wouldn't fancy defrosting it in the fridge, it will take rather a bit to long IMO
