Part of the Furniture I've been Money Tipped!
I rang the co-op this morning, as did my husband. We were told that vouchers were sent out in November. Looks like ours got lost, so they're resending. Weirdly though, I didn't earn enough points so wont be sent any vouchers. Weird, as I haven't used my card instore any less than usual, and I always have roughly the same amount of money in my current account. Very strange.

I'd suggest you log into your Membership account and check your settings.
I checked my account after reading about people receiving vouchers and I hadn't received any.
Somehow my account was set to donate my points to charities. I don't remember doing that so don't know how it happened.
I do donate to charities but don't want Co-Op taking it upon themselves to do it on my behalf, so I've changed setting to 'No donation'.

It's worth taking a minute to have a look at yours

They seem to give out most of discounts through till receipts now - talking of wine, they gave us a £2 off of £10 wine/beer spend yesterday! Spend some, get some I suppose?

Is this the "divi". Can't seem to spend mine in the main Co-op shop, was re-directed to a co-op convenience store. Higher prices. Similar in a neighbour town.
Rang them to ask for the cash he said.... no.

If this is 'Divi' you can exchange it for cash in the shop.

They're changing the way that you earn points for bank accounts. They've estimated that most members will receive more points, but you might be one of the ones that don't.
