Has anyone returned anything to store that was bought online,it says you can only have an exchange at store if paid via Paypal,so I used my card thinking if I had to return anything my OH could do it as it's near his work, but it says it has to be the cardholder returning items.
Do I have to return items I paid for or can my OH do it,does anyone know if they are keen on that ?0 -

I've returned items instore, I would assume it has to be cardholder as you have to enter your pin no for the refund, and obviously if it said 'Mrs X' they might be a bit suspicious0 -

My husband returned stuff for me in shop without any problem. I don't think they look at the card as long as you have it with you and put the correct PIN in. HTH.0 -
