hi there thanks in advance looking for some advice please heres the situation, eventually persuaded my parents to buy there council house my dad earns 12.5k a year and my mum earns 7.5k a year approx which means they can get a joint mortgage of around 58k a think correct me if am wrong just learning all this, anyway same size house in about same condition went for sale in our street for offers over 48k so think parents will be valued around same but they have been tenants for about 24 year meaning they are entitled to 50% discount. so they will need mortgage for approx 24k but what they are looking to do is to include my mums credit card debt of £8400 in this is this possible. also any advice on best place to start thanks for taking time to read any advice appreciated thank you.

Hi
Speak to a mortgage broker
You will have to say the money is for "home improvements" to pay of cc;s0 -
Yes its totally doable, just one thing though, do not go using these right to buy companies who knock on your door or advertise on TV they will charge huge fees.
