Problem with pension provider

Hi,

Some time ago a small pension fund that I accumulated by working two years for an employer was transferred to another provider after said employer was bought over by a large corporation.

I have enquiried about transferring out my benefit but they have not responded to my letters.

Does the FSA cover complaints about a company's administration of a pension scheme? Or is there another organisation that deals with pension complaints?

Many thanks

The FSA handle retail. The pensions regulator will handle occupational.

thanks. do they have similar rules to the fsa ie. needing a letter of deadlock or eight weeks since complaint before dealing with the provider directly?

Who are you trying to contact? If it's the insurance company I think you are writing to the wrong people. You would be better off talking to the pension department of the "large corporation". Try phoning them in the first instance.
