We've blagged a to get £10 off £60 at Tesco Wine. We then spotted a crate (6 bottles) of De Vallois Champagne* is now £60 (usually £120), but only till midnight TONIGHT (Tue 18 Dec 2012).

The morrisons vintage friexenet (vintage green bottle not black) is on offer at about £6 a bottle if you only want a couple. I 1st had this in a luxury hotel in Spain and it is a really good wine. I drink a fair amount of champagne or decent fizz and for my money when the morrisons offer is on (about 4 times a year) it is a really good buy- beats cheap non vintage champagne every time for me.

I do think this offer could be really good for some people. I am making hampers for Christmas and giving Champagne as part of them. Plus Champagne does keep so great for impromptu celebrations
