    I was waiting for the flying pig to come along and tell us ruggedtoast hasn't posted following the conventions by only stating MoM.

    Does it just sound better using a whole number than the actual figure of 0.9%?

    I see the usual suspects have gone out of their way to point out the 0.3% downwards revision to last months drop: £161,605 (Oct before revision) vs £161,490 (Nov).

    What makes you think that? I assume your paying rent? How much rent did you pay last year and the year before ? Have houses fallen the same amount your paying rent? I think we all know the answer
