Can't print from HP creative website

I'm trying to print this card from HP ( http://h30393.www3.hp.com/printing/app/us/en/gc_christmas_angel_cross_half-landing.aspx ) but when I click the "print it" buttons all I get is the message "preparing high resolution content for printing", a black box and nothing is sent to the printer (should get printer options allowing you to choose printer or print to pdf according to the site)
Is this site US only? (Uk version has less designs but it doesn't say you can't print from outside US).
I'm using windows XP, chrome (can't try in ie because it needs flash and it won't update) & an HP 1215 all-in-one.

Palemoon, the adobe plug in kept crashing.
Internet Explorer printed fine.
What error does it give when you try to update flash?0 -
finally got it working in IE. Flash failed to initiate & troubleshooting page links wouldn't work - had to to download flashplayer for active x via chrome. It's printed fine now.
