I just bought ocotpus and not sure what to do with it?

Figured it can''t be much different to squid and we've had that before with rice/noodles.
Any advice on what to do with it? and is it ok to freeze as bought it reduced?

yes and if you cut up first into rings (if the fishmonger hasnt already done so) you have a virtually instant meal!
I would defrost them, then coat in flour, milk and more flour then deep fry them for just a couple of mins til the outside colour a bit!0 -
Or slice into bite size pieces, cook in a tomato sauce,very slowly.Do I need it or just want it.0
