Need a little advice!

Options
Hi there, I'm looking for some advice! I'm currently in the process of purchasing property with my partner, we have our deposit, and have been approved by a lender, and mortgage application should be complete by Friday, however can I take out a personal loan at this time or could this affect the money being transferred as I have new credit!? I'm requiring a new car, and a little extra around moving out time wouldn't go amiss! Thanks in advance!

Until its all sorted then an agreement in principle can be reviewed by the bank, taking into account new circumstances/information from CRA's etc.
  • Wait until your property purchase is complete. Mortgage offers can be amended until the money is transferred by the lender
