Personal Christmas cd - with your name

A good few years ago when my kids were small I found on here a thread regarding a cd you could buy that had your name in the story. I think it was a Christmas cd and it told a story of santa. in the story it told your name and where you lived. I remember ryou had to inform the shop of the place and names etc.

Any ideas where you can buy these. I would really like to buy one for my grandchild but for the devil of me cannot think where I got it
