Does anyone know where I can get one of these at a reasonable price?
I have looked at the usual sites, flea bay etc but they seem to really hold their value!

Oh my late Mum had a gorgeous one that was an 'old gold 'colour I think it was thrown out years ago but as a child it was lovely to snuggle down with on the couch when I was feeling poorly as it smelt of my Mums Yardleys Olde English Lavender'They were smashing and a lot nicer than a duvet, also a candlewick bedspread was so soft to wrap around you on a cold day0

I've still got the eiderdown that was on my bed when I was a child. I used to get it out to put over my daughters on the sofa if they were poorly-there was always a fight over it if they were both ill at the same time!
I've also got an eiderdown cover that my grandma made just after the war. When I inherited it I unpicked the cover and threw away the eiderdown as it really was in a bad state but the cover itself is lovely .It's pale green with a cream panel in the middle with Italian quilting so I must see if I can do something with it.0
