Hi all,
Right, I do a lot of moaning - I find most companies I deal with fall well short of my expectations, plus I'm a bit of a nightmare, having worked in retail for years of my younger life, I know how to get what I want.
But every so often, someone does something really good, and I like to feed that back too.
It's really hard to actually find a way to do it though usually, this, I imagine, is why people don't bother.
For instance, I've had loads of issues with Yodel, the courier in the past (ex HDNL, who were just as bad)
However, they've either pulled up their socks, or I've fallen lucky with a good local driver, and the service has been the best of all the couriers, this Xmas. That said, I haven't needed to call them - the driver deals with all issues.
So I've been on the website to try to find a way to feed this back, and they don't even have an email option on the contact us page - it's all FAQ's.
The same has happened with other companies before too.
I get used to businesses getting too busy for the amount of staff they have and shutting their ears to complaints - but also shutting your ears to praise? Seems weird!
Now even my positive praise has turned into a moan! Argh!
