Libraries > Music > copy the 'iTunes' folder to your memory stick (the folder will probably be quite large). This will copy your entire iTunes library, not just music.
*BUT*
You need to make sure that the music in your library has actually been imported into the iTunes folder:
Music > iTunes > iTunes Media > Music, and make sure that the artists/albums/songs in your library are also in this folder.
If they're not then iTunes has only imported their location, so to save your library (and music therein) you need to physically place the music into iTunes (hope you're following!):
Open iTunes > Show menu bar > File > Library > Organise Library > tick 'Consolidate Files'. This will put the actual files into the iTunes folder.
To make sure that in future the songs and albums are imported into the iTunes folder go to:
iTunes > Preferences > Advanced > and tick 'Copy files to iTunes media folder when adding to library'.0 -
More to the point... what do you want to do with it once it's on the stick?
Just have it as a backup?
Play the music from it on some other device?
Copy it to another PC, to another iTunes library?0 -

daylad - the instructions above are excellent. it's as easy as copying the iTunes folder from your 'My Music' (or similar) folder on one computer to another. You'll want to check the size of the folder before you try to put it onto a 'USB stick' - my library's about 60GB! (right click on iTunes folder, click properties).0
