Lost P60

I was given my P60 today, I had it on my desk and thought "I'll just finish this filing then put it in my bag".
Now I can't find it ANYWHERE, I have checked anywhere it could be 4 times. I didn't get off my chair so it can't have gone far. I've checked the 3 files it could have gone into with some filing, checked the bin, checked my bag incase I put it in already, and it is nowhere to be seen. I've been looking for half an hour at least and no-one else can see it either.
This is not typical of me, normally I don't lose anything as I'm so careful, so I'm very annoyed at myself.
I have just been told you cannot get copies of these, so what might I have needed it for? I have not needed any of mine for anything in the past. Should I be worried or shall I calm down about it?

We don't keep copies of P 60s where I work ( I do the wages) the information is usually shown on the last payslip of the tax year, normally week 52 it will be the year to date figures. If only the figures are required that will usually be suffient. They should be able to give you these figures where you work, If they operate a Sage Payroll system they should even be able to reprint the pay slip if you do not have it.0

They can however it must be clearly marked as a copy.
If they cant because they dont keep copies then your last payslip will show your details, if this isnt sufficient then your employers can do a statement of earnings for you (for mortgage applications, loans, etc)
