Clear my debts in 2013

Hi, I have been a lurker on this site for a long time now, I have wanted to start my own debt diary but always put it off. With the new year approaching i have decided that 2013 is my year to get rid of my debts. Reading other people's diaries and seeing what they have achieved has made me realise I need to concentrate on my own debts. My debts I think mount around the 7grand mark this is credit cards, loan and car finance. I only seem to be making the minimum payments on the cards. I have looked to see if I could post a SOA and can't find the link, if someone could please send me the link I would be ever so grateful:)
