I wanna buy a hula hoop!

Has anyone bought a fairly cheap hula hoop in the High Street recently? I've tried a few places but have run out of ideas! I don't really wnat to order online as I want it to be cheap and I imagine postage would be high (not to mention difficult to get through the letterbox!!!)

Thnaks

Ah well so happens I checked in Tesco tonight after I was reminded of this thread by seeing a youngster trying one, when I went to look at them my daughter was aghast, she thought I was going to have a go :)

Lots of sparkly colours and they were priced at £1.64.

If you are a beginner it is very hard to hula with the thin light ones. Try to get a heavier one

Thanks - £1.64 in Tesco sounds good!! I only have a smallish Tesco near me - I will look in the Tesco Extra, further afield, next time I'm around.

    Cheers all!

Got one. All sizes and colours for £1.64 at Tesco. Mine has rice or sand in it which makes it heavier and makes a nice swooshy noise to attract the attention of any neighbours who didn't already notice there was a mad woman in the garden hula-hula-ing at 7am in the morning..... :)
