Letter from NRAM

Hi have recieved a letter from my mortgage company NRAM today
I will type as what it says in the letter.

We have recently reviewed the communications that have been sent to customers holding unsecured loans up to £25000 that are regulated under the consumer credit act.

Our review has highlighted that some of these communications did not comply with all the requirements prescribed by the CCA. In selected letters and customer account statements certain paragraphs of mandatory wording were written incorrectly and compulsory information about the amount of credit was not included in the statements.

If we find that your loan is CCA regulated and that you have been sent any communications that did not comply with the requirements
prescribed by the CCA then we will send you documentation containing the required CCA information and wording. You will also be entitled to REDRESS

If any one else recived a letter from NRAM

Any advice will be helpfull
Thank you
