Very true. For the simple reason that Orders for Sale are rarely granted.

This may help further - as I say, she needs to apply for a variation of judgement to permit instalments by order rather than the current lump sum judgement.
An application for variation (ie changing from a full and final to instalments) will need the completion and submission to court of form N245 - http://hmctsformfinder.justice.gov.uk/courtfinder/forms/n245-eng.pdf.

You may want to try and have the hearing delayed to give time to submit the variation request for judgement, and allow more prep time.

I just wanted to update the kind people who helped.
I went with the op to support them today. Tbh the judge was rather grumpy and quite rude. Anyway, the order was allowed and op has to pay 20.00 pm as long as she pays this then all should be ok.
