Numatic George 3-in-1 floor cleaner/dryer/vacuum (cousin to Henry!)

I'm really hoping someone can help me - preferably someone who either owns at Numatic George (GVE370) or has had use of one before.
I've seen clips on YouTube but the trouble is I can't find a clip or any review that specifically states/shows how good it is at drying hard floors. And that is exactly what I need one for.
(Although if anyone has any other recommendation for drying hard floors please shout out!)
Here's the position I'm in - my business premises (dog day care centre, as per the username), was flooded earlier in the year and the floor has never been the same since. Over the xmas hols I'll be getting the outside yard area re-laid with concrete so a nice clean start out there and the internal floors are all getting repainted too as, despite numerous power-washes, it just isn't coming clean. The dogs stay clean just so long as the floor stays dry but the second it rains the floor gets wet and then stays wet now theres no real heat to speak of. So I'm looking to purchase something like a Numatic George to help me keep the floor dry when we re-open after the xmas hols. So that even if the floor paint/new concrete doesn't help (for whatever reason) then the floor can be kept dry and then its a win-win - the dogs don't constantly get mucky.
Please can anyone let me know what its like at this function? Often the floor isn't sopping wet, it'll just be touch damp throughout as the dogs trail water in all the time, roll around on it, etc, etc, so its not like puddles, its just a thin moisture layer.
Will the George suck that up despite it not actually being a puddle/spill? I've seen lots of people recommending these to people asking for suggestions for good vacuum cleaners or carper washers on here so I'm therefore to presume there are George owners on here!
