Remortgage LTV rates

Hi, We paid £192k (£28k below asking price) 18 months ago and put down a 20% deposit, so LTV of 80%. We are now looking at Remortgaging To a new lender With an LTV Of 70%, Will the new lender value the property at £215,000??? (Neighbours have paid £230,000 for the same house)

Impossible to say.
Surveyor will look for comparable sales in the area. If the one next door has not registered yet then they won't see that one.
