    grr! Tesco don't seem to be any help - other people have tweeted them about it and they're sending them to a link on how to print, which is irrelevant to the problem we're having as we're not getting as far as the print screen!

    I just did a search on Twitter for 'Want to pull a Twitter cracker with me? Reply back with #PullACracker and you could win a festive surprise from Tesco!' without the quotation marks, and replied with #PullACracker to the most recent one, that w.ay you don't have to wait for a reply and neither does the other person.
