I've tried 3 different browsers , reinstalled java, turned off ad block and still no wiser
grr! Tesco don't seem to be any help - other people have tweeted them about it and they're sending them to a link on how to print, which is irrelevant to the problem we're having as we're not getting as far as the print screen!0 -
