The Burnley store is closing too. I am told by staff it is mainly for some reason Lancashire affected and 23 stores in total closing.
If it helps anyone, as it affects me Plymouth is remaining open, and website not affected.

Is this worth bothering with though? The title says 50%+ which sounds great but other posts suggest reductions of only 10% on some items. Is this another Comet closing offers equivalent where there is little worth going for? May check it out tomorrow anyway on the offchance

i think it depends on the store, I was referring to the Dunstable store which did have alot of 50% + discounts. But you are correct that other stores seem to have lower discounts.

The Leicester store is closing - there is a big banner outside. Its a shame because I like shopping it in but it is just out of the city centre on its own which is a pretty bad location for a shop.

Don't be fooled by Staples closing offers, got the same price at PC world.

Staples also refuse to honour a £5 voucher send to me a few days earlier despite it being in date and spending £70 and nothing on it to say it was not valid in closing down stores. Contacted Head Office but they would not budge.

Will not worry me if the lot close down, customer service appalling, possibly the reason that they are loosing business.
