1. There shall be one winner who will receive a prize determined by details on submitted application form. Winners are entitled to: Return air travel for two in Economy class inclusive of taxes and fuel surcharge from London Heathrow to San Francisco scheduled service airline. Accommodation and attractions tickets provided as follows by Visit California partners (details as per the website): 4 nights at Yosemite National Park with 2 nights at the The Ahwahnee and 2 nights at The Redwoods, a fabulous photography class for 2 through the The Ansel Adams Gallery and a zipline experience for 2! 2 nights at the Wuksachi Lodge in Sequoia National Park. 1 night at Bodega Bay Lodge in Sonoma County. 2-night stay at The Andiron Seaside Inn & Cabins in Mendocino County and 2 tickets for the Skunk Train ride through the Redwoods.
2. Intermediate size car hire (one driver) for the duration of holiday.
3. Both travellers must travel at the same time on the same itinerary.
4. Travellers should ensure that they obtain any required visas, vaccinations, travel -insurance, permissions and comply with conditions of travel. Failure to provide insurance documentation will result in forfeit of prize.
5. Prize winners are responsible for payment of all additional and incidental items not included in the prize (e.g. car fuel, hotel laundry, mini bar, meals, room service, telephone calls etc).
6. The prize does not include any spending money so travellers will need to ensure that they take appropriate funds with them.
7. The holiday prize must be booked by 31 December 2013 and taken before 30 June 2014 and are subject to 'blackout dates' which will be notified to the winner. All holidays are also subject to booking date availability.
8. No cash or other prize alternatives are available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the promoter reserves the right to substitute similar alternatives of equal or greater value. Unless agreed in writing by the promoter the prizes can only be awarded to the winners in person. Once booked by the winners all dates and names are final and cannot be changed
9. The winner may be required to participate in unpaid, reasonable publicity relating to or in connection with this prize draw.

11. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The prize draw may appear in other promotional materials.

14. Bon Voyage reserves the right to withdraw, change or cancel this competition at any time.
