Was wondering if anyone had any advice as the situation I’m in now is very difficult and I’m struggling with all my payments. Just spoke to my bank about secured loans/further advances, etc. House is now worth approx. £155,000. They said they could only lend me £9,000.
I have a joint mortgage with my girlfriend of £137,750
A secured loan of £1,500
We owe £10,000 for the deposit for the house. This was the only way we could buy it
I owe my mother £15,000 for debts I got into when I was younger
Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you
