Video clips not working

I just noticed today that I cant get video clips on Sky News or CNN to work. It just goes blank. What do I need to do to fix this please?

Sky News uses Adobe Flash Player for their videos, try installing/updating Flash Player from here:

Nope, done that and still blank videos

Try using Chrome as your browser, see if there is still a problem.

It's ok on Chrome, thanks. I will just use that now.
