well done gb12345 that's a great total! I was hoping to make more as I'm on maternity leave and won't have as much time when back at work for this. How do I find out more about focus groups?0

How do I find out more about focus groups?
There is some info on focus groups in the market research thread here http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.php?p=6563771&postcount=1. I get regular invites from Saros Research, so they might be a good place to start.
It's not a big earner though as you are only meant to do 2 a year.
The one that I did in January was a 90 minute telephone interview for managers in the financial services sector.
Most of the invites that I get are no good for me as they are actual meetings, often in Birmingham or London.0 -
Thanks everyone for the totals so far, you're all doing really well

Also just received £18.50 club card vouchers! When it's dark, look for stars. When it's raining look for rainbows.

My total is £151, to be honest better than I was expecting as it had been a tough month, although in feb I have £375 to pay out towards my American trip so it is just going be a very frugal month, I'm getting good at them! Sold an old phone on eBay for £80 todAy so that will go towards debs total! Also have a few mystery shops due in feb. because I'm away in America for 3 months I'm hoping to make up the 3 months worth or most of it before I go so I better get busy with eBay! On the upside got a lot of old uni books to sell so that should help greatly.
everyone is doing so well!

Anyone wanting totals added to spreadsheet .. PM me
I've just updated my surveys totals and bookmarks. Now split into claimed reward in january, money surveys, points surveys and other (where I'm not off the mark yet)
Something to watch for in paypal with USD payments from rewarding ways (not sure if payments from surveymad, gifthulk and cantbeatfree will be the same but they probably will be) ... Paypal now do a GBP balance and a USD balance and don't automatically convert the USD to GBP anymore. I've just added USD to my currency and then transferred the USD balance to my GBP balance.
Watch out for the above with paypal rewards from some companies.
Next job is to clear cookies and cache on the computer, tidy a few files up and run anti-virus and malware. I know my computer is fine but doesn't hurt to give it a once over occassionally.
(looks out window, tipping it down, glad I said I'd work and let boss go up town himself instead of me !! lol)
I've got £14 in paypal so am going to put some money on the bingo and see if I win anything.
(if ever you want to move a cat from your knees, just sneeze, works everytime)
My task for February is to sort out emails and facebook groups as emails come in and start unsubscribing from places.0 -

Another Netmums sale for £3 and £10.40 worth of stamps from Royal Mail surveys and TCB £4.39 brings my final January total to £246.90. I did also receive an almost 2k rebate this month but have excluded that as haven't 'earned' it as such.0
