£32,000 Mortgage left, trying to find new deal! Help

I have a £32 000 morgage & 10 years left on it.
Mortgage has now gone onto variable rate of 7.25!
Have been looking into offset or fixed rate mortgages, but need some guidance. Would love to be able to pay it off early, but who wouldn't.
Woolwich currently have tracker at 6% & the there's the One Account which appears tobe a wonder mortgage!
Any advice from you guys would be appreciated.

obviously something without fees, likely you woulnt be as bothered by needing a fixed rate as much as others so why not look at one with the lowest total cost. not looked at them recently but ingdirect were looking good 5.39% no tie in or fees.

    Agree with the no fees.

Any mortgage under £58,000 is fee sensitive and mortgages above this figure are interest rate sensitive.

Most of the major high street lenders offer fee free remortgages.
