I've just made a claim on line.
Has anyone else done this. How long before I get a response/what happens next.

Hi dot ,i made a claim on line last week ,got a phonecall 3 days later to say they were registering the claim and that i would hear from them shortly .

Just Google CSA gives you the options, you have to register with them first. It was all pretty quick to do though.

Yes, it should be pretty quick.
After a couple of days, someone calls to register the case with you, and goes through the info you gave.
Then its allocated to your case officer, who should get it and contact the NRP within two weeks.

I did the 'fill in information and print off and send' type of application.
I left the application on my desk for a week or two to make sure I really wanted to apply.
I would say it took about 2 weeks for them to call and say they'd rec'd paperwork they checked some information and then called the NRP that afternoon.
of course, he was straight on the phone raging at me...but hey ho
