Have got a judgement in the County Court - what now?

Hi all,
I have been in disagreement with a company for a while. They stopped responding to letters, became difficult on the telephone and generally wouldn't admit to a debt - they claimed I owed them money.
Long story - short version. I used MCOL and have obtained a judgement against them - default judgement as they didn't respond to the court, or indeed to me in writing - although we did discuss on the telephone and they still claimed their position was that I owed *them* money. I now have 2 questions:-
1) Can they appeal the judgement? I assume that as they chose not to respond to the courts and that as they did not serve me with any paperwork the answer is no - there is no point of law on which they would be able to appeal.
2) What should I do now? I have spoken to them today and they seemed pretty cheesed off, but they certainly won't be sending me a cheque. Should I give them a week or so to make payment, or just request a warrant and send the bailiffs in straight away?
All thoughts appreciated - I have no experience of this sort of thing.
Thanks,
