Hi, am pretty new on here, been reading through some of the post and thought I would be cheeky and ask a question regarding BTL.
I have just purchased my first, should complete in a couple of weeks - £158k, rental income approx £750p.m mortgage approx £590 p.m I have put a £24k deposit down. The thing is I want to purchase a second property, but only have about 10k left. Will this be possible? any ideas on best way forward? thanks in advance for your help.

Depends how good you are at creative financing. You might find a deal that stacks up with a builders deposit or you could put some of the deposit on a low or zero interest credit card.
