Hi there,

I was 60 on 5th December this year and I took a small lump sum as my pension, could anyone tell me how soon after my birthday the lump sum should be paid to me.

    Depends on the scheme. You will need to ask them.

    I am 60 today and have also claimed my lump sum.I was told it would be processed and sent out a couple of days after my birthday so I will be watching for the postman next week !!
    Please post when you receive yours.My pension was with Re Assure.D
