Help - can't print web pages or emails

My pc has developped a problem that I can't figure - it won't print web pages or emails.
I get an error - res://ieframe.dll/preview.js
I can still print word documents etc but nothing from the internet.
Any help appreciated , thanks

Thanks for the advice but that didn't solve the problem.
I downloaded the printer drivers and installed them but still get same error.0 -
A couple of possibilities. MS have just sent out the latest "updates". Try removing them.
To update the drivers first delete the printer in Device Manager, reboot the PC and load the drivers when requested.0
