Soap and Glory ordered online

I have just this minute ordered three Soap and Glory sets at half price online at Boots to collect instore (thinking I could collect today). Once ordered I notice that a) The pick up day is Thursday 20th December and also the following:

We aim to supply you with everything you have ordered but where this is not possible we will send you the available products and remove those that are unavailable. We will notify you of this and you will only be charged for what we despatch to you.
For credit and debit card payments we will charge your card when we despatch your order.




Did anyone order online last year and NOT get their Soap and Glory order? I am a bit worried now that because it is such a sought after set each year that I might be better just going into the shop?

They always put that notice on. You'll be fine, aslong as the items in stock on the website you wont have a problem.

Although the best option is to buy from store as then you know you have the product in hand.

Thanks - That's what I am thinking i.e. better to have too many and I can always take any extra back to the shop rather than end up short. It's my Mum that wants them, she gets them as gifts each Christmas one for me, one for my sister and one for herself :O) .

Think I might just head to the shop this morning to be safe.

You should be fine as there still in stock on the site, but to 100% guarantee them your best going to store and picking them up if you have the money. Once the others come you can take them back to store for a refund. I'll be popping down to Boots at 9 when it opens.

I ordered 3 online this morning no probs...to be delivered to my home on tuesday....got an extra £10 off for spending £75 and used a code for another £10 off so 3 sets for £71
