The calculator at Gov.Uk now gives calculations for the 2012 scheme too.

    What is the 2012 scheme?

    The calculator you linked to is for CSA2.

    Unless you work it out for 4+ children, as this is the only thing on the new scheme, then it calculates using new rules...

    Initially only cases with 4 or more children, with the same non resident parent, will go onto the 2012 scheme.

    Ah okay, it would be nice for the web page to say it will work out which scheme it does the calculation based on.
