Dropping off at Westfield

I need to drop some family members at Westfield W12 sometime next week , anyone know if there is a proper dropoff point somewhere or can I just drop them in Wood Lane? (preferably without incurring a parking fine) I've tried looking at the maps but it just shows buses taxis and parking , I just want to drop them and leave.. thanks

There's a drop off point on Wood Lane close to Shepherds bush Green. It's just a siding kind of thing but I've seen loads of people (not taxis) stopping to pick up and drop off. It's just before the library and there are steps, escalator and lift to take people up to the shopping centre.
