Hi,
Has anyone ever failed to get a TD protected? If so, who objected and why?
Have recently signed a TD, and although IP saying there will be no problem, am still worried.
Other thing I would like to know has anyone ever failed to get TD protected and then been able to go back on DMP?
I cannot go bankrupt and if this fails to become protected, will need to return to DMP.
Thanks in advance
