Moving address..affect Credit ?

Hi all I'm wondering if anyone can give advice ..
I posted here this week.
My address for near 7 years has been my home / parents address. Where I am on electerol role.
My parents are selling up early next year and late next year myself & partner are looking to buy.
My q. Is what do I do re- the address?
I've heard multiple address kill your credit score .. I currently live with partner in his other family home. If I put his address and the address down for electerol role will I be linked to him? He has good credit .. I have a settled default from 2009 nothing bad since.
Or should I put the home my parents move to ?
These matters can't be helped .. But I can't not put anywhere as then I won't 'exist'
Help

No, no worries!
I moved about 8 times in the past 5 years, and the credit history is perfect!
No worries!0 -

A single change of address should make little difference.
If you can avoid it, perhaps by applying for a mortgage before your parents actually move out, do that, as living at the same address for more than three years will score you more points, if you are using a score-based lender.
If you have only a small deposit (10%ish) you may struggle to get a mortgage approved with a default in the last few years. Just in case you need to buy in your partner's name alone, avoid opening any joint accounts or credit commitments. Even if declined, the search will create an association between you visible to lenders searching in future.
Consider obtaining copies of all three of your statutory credit files before you seriously consider a house purchase.

The £2 statutory paper files will be fine. Avoid online schemes you have to pay for which give you your inside-leg measurement and call it a "credit score" as this is different to the lender's, the one which actually matters to you...I am a mortgage broker. hi thanks ^
we have 20-25 % deposit.
hardly any outgoings / credit agreements.
wages of £30,000 & £26,500 if that helps
no chance i will be getting a mortgage before they move out so there will definately be a change of address for me.
if i put my partners address will it link to him? or is that only in 'credit agreements' ?
we do have a shared account already just a halifax current account that we put money in for bills- no overdraft. just money in and out for bills - cat insurance and our food shop. his credit is fine tho we have looked this week its all 'green'. will this affect him and should we close the shared account down just for safety?
thanks again0
