    It's a bad idea to include those lines in letters about matters like this. They make it look like someone trying to get a legitimate debt entry removed because those are the approaches used for that and statute limited situations.

    Better would be to write solely about not having done business with the firm (if true) and the wrong date of birth which demonstrates that the debt cannot be yours.

    I'm glad your sister got a successful resolution eventually, though. Hopefully the Equifax and Call Credit entries will go away around the same time as the Experian one. The firm should be updating all agencies they report to after accepting that it's not a correct match.
