Unrecorded Enquiry on credit report does this affect it in any way?

i got my credit file from experia most of my debts are no longer showing on my credit report, it only shows 3 current debts that im paying off every month but one old debt thats no longer on my report any more still keep doing a search on it atleast once every few months

does this have any affect on my report and why do they keep searching it
