Leftovers - What Leftovers?

It's all very well planning meals around leftovers (I was going to do something with the remainder of the brisket, stock and veggies that I cooked earlier).
Unfortunately they have attacked it like a pack of ravenous wolves, like Oliver Twist everybody wanted more!!
Now there are no leftovers and I have to plan something else for tomorrow.

I've found you're best bet is too squirrel 'left-overs' into the fridge before you even take it to the table. I'm so glad it isn't just me who have bred kids that eat like they have worms:eek: Everyday they sit down and ask a: is there anymore quickly followed by b: what's for lunch, tea, supper or whatever the next meal is. Depsite shovelling food away like there's no tomorrow I can still see everyone of my eldests lad's ribs. Whereas my ribs havn't been seen since Kagagoogoo left the charts:DLife's a beach! Ooooops came over all funny there for a minute
.... sorry
Now, what was the topic? ... oh yes, leftovers ... hmmmmm ... it's usually me pigging out on the leftovers (and I wonder why I'm putting on weight
) but usually if I've already got plans for them then they make it to the fridge safely. Unless of course, DS decides he's hungry an hour after eating a big meal, which ain't unusual  "An Ye Harm None, Do What Ye Will"
